
About Me
How it all began...
I’m a Solutions Therapist, Brain Health Professional, and—most importantly—a mother, with a deep passion for helping children, teenagers, and young adults navigate life’s emotional and mental challenges.
My career began in managerial roles spanning over 20 years, during which coaching was naturally integrated into my leadership style. I quickly realised that truly understanding the people I managed—listening to their needs, values, and aspirations—was key to helping them grow.
Many of my team members were in their early 20s, yet struggling with insecurities, anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression. I found myself asking: Why weren’t they thriving? Was this becoming the new norm? This question sparked my journey to understand the root causes of these struggles and, more importantly, how I could help change the trajectory of young lives.
The Turning Point
My first step was training as a qualified Robbins-Madanes Strategic Interventionist (SI) Coach. This experience opened my eyes to an important truth: many harmful thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours stem from childhood and teenage years.
I often say:
“Imagine how different life could be if we learned to challenge harmful thoughts, mindsets, and behaviours at a young age.”
It became clear this was my life’s work. I founded Wings Wellness to equip young people with the tools, strategies, and self-belief they need to flourish—both now and into adulthood.

My Approach
I believe mental wellness is more than managing symptoms—it’s about understanding how the brain works and using that knowledge to create meaningful, lasting change.
Drawing on neuroscience-based therapy and a holistic approach, I combine brain health strategies with CBT, NLP, Hypnotherapy, and Family Strategic Intervention. This blend of science and practical tools allows me to help clients overcome stress, anxiety, and unhelpful thought patterns while building resilience for the future.
Our early experiences—big or small—shape how we think, feel, and act later in life. Even moments we barely remember can leave deep imprints on our behaviours and sense of self.
