My Services
As a Solution-Focused Therapist, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every client and family is unique, which means the solutions need to be just as individualised.
My sessions are designed through a careful and thoughtful assessment of your specific situation, ensuring the support you receive is targeted, practical, and results-driven.

I combine insights from neuroscience with a range of evidence-based and integrative modalities, including Brain Health strategies, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, and Strategic Family Coaching. This blended approach allows me to tailor each session to your needs—whether you're working through personal challenges, family dynamics, or behavioural patterns that feel stuck.

Rather than simply talking about problems, we work together to identify what’s happening, clarify your goals, implement agreed-upon strategies, and take consistent action. Throughout the process, we monitor progress and adjust as needed to ensure meaningful, lasting change.
This is therapy designed not just for insight, but for real transformation!
1
Coaching - Mental Health & Brain Health
As a Mental Health Coach, I support children and young adults in building the emotional tools and mental habits that set the foundation for lifelong wellbeing. Sessions include:
✔ Understanding how early experiences shape current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours
✔ Developing emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience
✔ Setting personalised weekly goals to create meaningful change
✔ Using brain-based strategies to support growth, self-awareness, and motivation
My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and collaboration—creating a safe space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to thrive.

As a certified Brain Health Professional, I help clients optimise their brain function for better mental clarity, focus, and emotional resilience. Sessions include:
✔ Understanding your unique brain type and how it affects thoughts, emotions, and behaviour
✔ Improving focus, memory, and mental performance
✔ Reducing stress and enhancing emotional well-being
✔ Using neuroscience-backed strategies to break unhelpful habits

Addressing brain health first creates the necessary groundwork for therapy and behavioural change to truly take hold. Without supporting the brain’s physical and neurological health, psychological strategies may struggle to produce meaningful, lasting results.
2
Family Strategic Intervention
I use Strategic Intervention (SI) to support families in creating meaningful change through practical, solution-focused strategies. Sessions include:
✔ Addressing challenges within the family dynamic rather than focusing solely on the individual
✔ Identifying patterns and communication styles that contribute to conflict or disconnection
✔ Developing shared goals and practical steps toward more supportive, balanced relationships
✔ Using targeted interventions to shift behaviour and strengthen family unity
Strategic Intervention is grounded in the belief that with the right tools and guidance, families can navigate challenges, enhance connection, and foster lasting positive change together.
3
Hypnotherapy
Reprogram subconscious patterns that hold you back by accessing the subconscious mind to create lasting change from the inside out. Sessions include:
✔ Entering a calm, focused state similar to daydreaming or imaginative play
✔ Reprogramming subconscious beliefs that contribute to fears, habits, or emotional blocks
✔ Aligning the subconscious mind with conscious goals
✔ Supporting confidence, calm, and clarity through guided, age-appropriate techniques
Hypnosis is a gentle and effective tool for those who’ve tried to make changes consciously but feel stuck. Once the subconscious mind is on board, meaningful transformation becomes possible.
4
Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP supports you to become more aware of how their thoughts, language, and behaviour shape your experiences. Sessions include:
✔ Understanding how unconscious patterns influence emotions, communication, and actions
✔ Identifying limiting beliefs and unhelpful thought habits
✔ Creating new, empowering mental frameworks to support confidence and wellbeing
✔ Strengthening self-awareness and emotional flexibility through practical, age-appropriate tools
NLP offers a powerful way to shift internal narratives and develop more resourceful ways of thinking, feeling, and responding—leading to lasting, positive change.
5
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
As part of my approach, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help children, teens, and young adults understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Sessions include:
✔ Identifying unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt
✔ Learning to reframe negative thoughts into more balanced, supportive perspectives
✔ Developing practical strategies to manage emotions and build resilience
✔ Creating healthier thinking habits that support long-term emotional wellbeing
CBT is an evidence-based approach that empowers young people to take an active role in changing how they think and feel—leading to greater confidence, clarity, and emotional strength.
