About the program
Our program incorporates a range of activities and exercises to help children, feel calm, safe, and reassured as they manage changes and navigate through uncertain times. They will learn simple stress management and mindfulness techniques that encourage mental and emotional health. The 2-hour introductory workshop will include:
- Understanding what fear and anxiety are.
- What happens to our body, mind, and behaviour.
- The importance of knowing how to breathe correctly.
- Scientific-based evidence that Meditation & Mindfulness can help.
- Simple steps to get started.
Who is the program for?
- Children who suffer from sleeping problems, anxiety, and stress
- Ideal for ages 10-17.
The Coach: As a mum, stepmom, and wife, Katerina’s unique journey is a big testament to her strong devotion to the mental well-being of children and teenagers. Her mission is to reach as many children as she can and teach them the skills required to manage their mental health and essential life skills they can use now and into adulthood. Katerina is a Certified Life Coach specialising in Child Psychology, she holds Diplomas in Neuropsychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, and Meditation, as well as being a Relax Kids Coach. With over 10 years of experience helping children of all ages reach their full potential she has cemented her passion for helping children and making change. One of her favourite questions is:
