Anxiety, low confidence, emotional outbursts, school stress and friendship difficulties can all impact a young person's wellbeing and ability to thrive.

At Wings Wellness, I provide practical, goal-focused support that helps children and teenagers better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills and build confidence in navigating life's challenges.

Using age-appropriate techniques, I help young people understand what is happening emotionally, psychologically and biologically when they experience stress, anxiety or strong emotions. When children understand why they feel the way they do, they often feel more empowered and capable of making positive changes.

Rather than focusing solely on talking about problems, sessions are designed to develop practical tools and strategies that create lasting change.

Goal-Focused Support

Most children and teenagers attend approximately 4–6 sessions when working through one primary concern, although this can vary depending on the individual situation.

My focus is on helping young people develop lifelong emotional skills, confidence and resilience rather than creating reliance on ongoing therapy.

You Don’t Have To Navigate This Alone

Parents play an important role in a child's wellbeing. Where appropriate, I work collaboratively with parents to help them better understand what their child is experiencing and how they can best support progress at home.

This ensures children receive consistent support both during and between sessions.
