About the event
This course will help your teen with their emotional intelligence, self-esteem, achieve better results, improve concentration and focus, build confidence, develop a positive outlook and expand resilience.
Each 1 hour session will include discussion, learning, a mindfulness activity and will end with meditation.
Themes covered over the 4 weeks
· What Meditation is and isn’t.
· The science behind how it works and its benefits.
· How, when and where of meditation.
· Different types of meditation including mindfulness.
As a mum, step-mum and wife, Katerina’s unique journey is a big testament to her strong devotion to the mental well-being of children and teenagers. Her mission is to reach as many children as she can and teach them the skills required to managing their mental health and essential life skills they can use now and take into adulthood.
Katerina is a qualified Robbins-Madanes Strategic Interventionist (SI) Coach, Certified Relaxed Kids Coach, has a Certificate in Child Psychology and a Diploma in Meditation. Her experience and training cements her passion for helping children and making change. She here common phrase is:
