The Coach:

As a mum, step-mum and wife, Katerina’s unique journey is a big testament to her strong devotion to the mental well-being of children and teenagers. Her mission is to reach as many children as she can and teach them the skills required to managing their mental health and essential life skills they can use now and take into adulthood.

Katerina is a qualified Robbins-Madanes Strategic Interventionist (SI) Coach, Certified Relaxed Kids Coach, has a Certificate in Child Psychology and a Diploma in Meditation. Her experience and training cements her passion for helping children and making change. She often says:

“I often wondered how different our lives would be if we invested in our mental health as much as our academic success in childhood!”
